Assistant Property Manager (Commercial/Retail) - Kansas City, MO

Distributing tenant memos.
Enter and code invoices.
Drafting and distributing vendor contracts, and ancillary tenant agreements.
Update and maintain all Building, Tenant, Vendor sheets, fire life safety records, other maintenance records.
Create and track tenant lease and HVAC contracts.
Update and keep updated all electric and gas meter logs.
Notify Accounts Payable on changes.
Work with the Property Manager during budget season to track vendor proposals.
