Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• AZ license required
• BLS
• In-Patient Rehab, SNU and Acute Care experience required
• Cerner experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 0800 - 1630
• Weekend requirements: 2 weekend requirements Sun-Thu or Tues - Sat.
• Floating: Will float to acute care as needed
