JOB DETAILS

Pay range is $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30PM, Monday-Friday, Saturday work may be required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct audits and inspections of material at all stages, and of each process while providing feedback
  • Communicate audit findings with production team in process and during standup meetings
  • Review and analyze audit findings for containment and corrective action follow up with the team
  • Aid in document control activities – posting documents, follow through with approvers
  • Use calipers and other measuring devices to conduct standard testing of both finished goods
  • Aid in identify best practices in the manufacturing of windows
  • Document non-conformities and oversee completion of NCR activities
  • Validate product conformance when process adjustments are made
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Requires 2-5 years quality/leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
  • Ability to walk/stand for long durations (duration of shift excluding breaks)
  • Vision abilities to include close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiation
  • Use of hands and fingers for fine manipulation
  • Frequent exposure to dust and debris from the production process
  • Frequent exposure to loud noises
  • Limited exposure to weather and climate change

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $19.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
