The Position: We seek full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (Drywall, Painting, Tile, Flooring, Carpentry, Mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer. Our projects range from small patches to complete home rebuilds. With a steady workload, strong leadership, and a well-rounded team, this is a great opportunity for a permanent position. Compensation starts at $25+ per hour, with negotiable rates based on skills and expertise, plus a daily vehicle stipend for travel. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO accrual, overtime at 40+ hours, double time after 60 hours, and advancement opportunities. Tradesmen focus on construction phases, not water mitigation. Requirements: Minimum 10 years experience in construction trades Remodeling experience with proficiency in Drywall, Finish Carpentry, Painting Lead and management experience Ability to train other carpenters Reliable and hardworking Own tools Excellent communication skills Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Previous restoration experience is a plus Able to lift/move 50+ lbs Pass background check and drug screen Why Should You Apply?
