Senior Consultant - Human Resources

About the Role As a Senior Consultant, you will assist clients with full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management to build a high‑performing workforce. In addition, tasks will include operational analysis, business process re‑engineering, change management, departmental budget support activities, and other consulting services as needed. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive HR management experience. Hands‑on Experience with Oracle HCM modules Payroll (Actives & Retirees) Benefits (Actives & Retirees) Absence Management (Actives) Time & Labor (Actives) Core HR (Actives & Retirees) Talent Management Recruiting and Onboarding Compensation Experience working in a government or public‑sector environment is preferred. Ability to obtain and document business/functional requirements. Experience in training and supporting end‑users. Business process reengineering and change management experience. Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office 365, Visio, and Project. Preferred Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and executive‑level communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of current HR processes, talent lifecycles, labor laws, and change management. Master’s degree or SPHR/SHRM‑SCP certification. Six Sigma or related certification.
