Acknowledgement Drug Free & EOE Qualifications Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions CPR Certified One year of experience as an RN preferred Experience in Long‑Term Care/Skilled Rehab/Memory Care preferred Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills Strong commitment to resident‑centered care and innovative care delivery Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively A caring heart with a strong desire to make a difference in our patients’ lives #J-18808-Ljbffr
