Forklift Operator
Location: Bear, DE
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
Assignment: Long Term Temp

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team in a paper manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the safe and efficient movement of products, utilizing powered industrial vehicles. You will play a key part in maintaining order and supporting our daily operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Safely inspect and operate powered industrial vehicles.
• Complete daily objectives as directed by the Shift Coordinator with limited supervision.
• Move products to and from designated areas as needed.
• Accurately pick, move, and count products.
• Inspect, count, and reconcile products.
• Adhere to all facility safety, operational, and quality standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial vehicles preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to reliability and punctuality.
• Willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations.
