Production Associate - Medical Device Manufacturing | $22-$24/hr
Join a production team manufacturing and packaging medical device instruments and components. You'll receive training across multiple manufacturing processes and have the opportunity to develop additional technical skills.

What You'll Do:

• Manufacture, assemble, inspect, and package medical device products and components
• Perform production tasks including sorting, labeling, plastic assembly, wire wrapping, cutting, splitting, stripping, grinding, and polishing
• Handle plastic and metal components, wires, cables, connectors, and needles
• Operate production equipment, fixtures, and tooling
• Inspect completed work using basic hand tools and measuring/testing equipment
• Accurately document production activity
• Participate in cross-training across different processes and product lines
• Work as part of a team to solve problems and recommend process improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn multiple manufacturing processes
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, medical device, or quality experience is a plus
