The Arc Erie County is looking for a Senior Information Technology Specialist!

What you'll be doing: As our Senior Information Technology Specialist , you'll be responsible for assembling and maintaining all PC-related hardware and software for all departments of the Agency; provides technical support as needed; develops and implements preventative maintenance schedules on all computers; provides technical computer training to staff members.

You will be responsible for...

• Providing technical support & administration as needed
• Creates, maintains, and generates reports on a scheduled or as needed basis to all levels of the Agency.
• Troubleshoots and solves technical problems, monitors and addresses help desk tickets. Escalates problems/issues to the System Support Manager as needed.

What we need from you:

Bachelor's degree in computer Related Field plus (1) yrs. professional experience OR

Associate Degree in Computer Related Field plus (2) yrs. Experience in the field of Help Desk
