Position Overview for Physical Therapist:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team. The PT will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing rehabilitative exercises and modalities to promote mobility, relieve pain, and improve overall function.

Responsibilities for Physical Therapist:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy treatments and exercises to improve patients' mobility and alleviate pain.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize physiology and anatomy knowledge to tailor treatments effectively.
- Implement trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques as needed.
- Focus on geriatric care to address the unique needs of elderly patients.

Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and trigger point therapy.
