Position Summary The Concessions Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests, prepares and pours beverages, and ensures quality of food presentation. The role utilizes a cash register, accepts payment, and must maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part‑Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline. Responsibilities Conduct cash register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing the transaction. Build orders, prepare food, and demonstrate knowledge in all areas of concessions operations. Maintain stock and supply levels and communicate low‑stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager. Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes. Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages responsibly, and check guests’ ID to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred. Previous cash handling experience preferred. Ability to learn to handle cash and operate a cash register and corresponding system. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co‑workers, managers, volunteers, and guests. Strengthened by our Differences.
