We are seeking a Floor Tech to join our team at The Springs of Camden! As a Floor Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. About the Role: As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the floors, carpets, and surfaces within our community. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning of all areas, including living spaces, common areas, and administrative offices. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of our facilities. You will also assist with other tasks as needed, such as laundry and supply management.
