Talent Sourcing & Onboarding Coordinator

YMCA of Memphis and the Mid-South is looking for a part-time Talent & Onboarding Coordinator to support our talent acquisition process by identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for various roles. This role involves developing innovative sourcing strategies, working closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and assisting in hiring events.
