Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems. Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team. Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high‑quality service. Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement. Pay/Years of Experience Breakdown A Level: 7‑10+ years of experience – Up to $70 an hour. B Level: 2‑7 years of experience – Up to $48 an hour. Tire Tech/C Level: 6 months‑2 years of experience – Up to $32 an hour. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds. Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head. Work in tight spaces as dictated by vehicle repair needs. Have needed dexterity to use hand‑tools efficiently. Walk/stand for the majority of the workday. Drive manual transmission vehicles. Maintain a brisk work pace in a high‑volume environment. Efficiently navigate a computer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
