About the Role

The Company is seeking an AVP for Audit Services in Cybersecurity and Core Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading audit assurance and advisory services across a wide range of technology and cybersecurity domains, including infrastructure, security operations, resiliency, cloud, artificial intelligence, and data protection. This executive will also be tasked with developing and overseeing a comprehensive, risk-based audit strategy, and ensuring that audit coverage is in line with the company's strategy, regulatory expectations, and the evolving technology and cyber threat landscape. The role involves close collaboration with senior executives, business leaders, and various governance and regulatory bodies to provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of governance, risk management, compliance, and control processes. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' of experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance, technology risk, cybersecurity, or related fields. A strong background in financial services operations and a deep understanding of technology and cyber risk management are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, interacting with regulators, and driving transformational change in audit practices. Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM are highly valued. The role requires a leader who can influence strategic decisions, promote a culture of control discipline, and ensure that the audit approach is responsive to the business and regulatory environment.
