Qualifications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide courteous, professional service to every customer
• Experience servicing and repairing HVAC/R systems
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of refrigerants and refrigeration circuits
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the job, including lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
