Industrial Maintenance Technician

This role is a launchpad. You'll work alongside our technicians, get hands-on training on real industrial equipment, and have a clear path to take on more responsibility as your skills grow. Prior maintenance experience is a bonus what matters most is how you think, work, and show up.

What You'll Do

• Learn and perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and facility systems
• Work alongside senior technicians to diagnose and fix equipment issues, building your skills with every job
• Help spot small problems before they become big ones through routine inspections
• Respond to breakdowns and help get equipment back online quickly and safely
• Support installation and upgrade projects, gaining exposure to new systems and technology
• Keep clear, accurate maintenance records
• Follow safety protocols and contribute ideas for doing things better

Requirements:

• Any mechanical, electrical, or technical experience (school, hobbies, prior jobs, military) is a plus but not required
