Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day, Evening & Overnight Shifts Location: Newark, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (1:1 Home Care) Company: Affim...m Home Care Join Our Growing Pediatric Team Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one‑on‑one private duty nursing care for pediatric clients in Newark and the surrounding communities. We have multiple cases available and offer flexible scheduling with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Position Responsibilities Provide skilled, compassionate 1:1 nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes Monitor, assess, and document changes in the patient's condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow infection control protocols and ensure a safe home care environment Pay Rate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $40.00 per hour Available Shifts Day Shifts Evening Shifts Overnight Shifts Multiple cases are available with flexible scheduling options. Qualifications Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care or facility setting) Current BLS Certification Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Physical examination completed within the past 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past year (or chest X‑ray within the past 5 years if applicable) Proof of MMR immunization Why Join Affim...m Home Care?
