Agency Manager Job Number: #173245 Location: Rosemont, Illinois, United States No Relocation Assistance Offered Location & Visa Please note this role is preferably based in Rosemont, IL CDO office or field based in the NY/NJ area given the headquarters location of the primary customer. Additionally this role can be performed out of other CDO offices if an internal candidate is currently based there. We will consider internal candidates from other geographic field based locations. Responsibilities Manage group of customers in a defined market area, collaborating to drive results and achieve share, volume, and financial objectives. Work with Sales Agency Partners to handle information flow to third party retail teams. Lead the transition of Colgate objectives into specific customer strategies to enhance growth and business performance. Have P&L and financial responsibility. Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) and customer collaboration opportunities. Coach and lead Sales Agency Partners, sharing feedback, formal annual and mid-performance reviews to hold team accountable for individual and team objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 6+ years of Consumer Product Goods experience. 2+ years of key customer account experience. Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e., Sheets, Slides, Docs). Experience utilizing Colgate Business Planning reporting and planning system or customer planning software. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
