Director of Nursing

Parkersburg Care Center seeks a Director of Nursing to lead all clinical operations in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. This role oversees nursing staff, care planning, and regulatory compliance while advancing a resident-focused culture of dignity and respect. The DON manages clinical quality, infection control, and survey readiness, and collaborates with physicians, therapists, and families to support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.
