divh2Adjunct Instructor In Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Therapy Lab/h2pIvy Tech Community College seeks an experienced and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to serve as an Adjunct Instructor in our Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Therapy Lab. This team-taught lab offers students hands-on instruction in critical care procedures for neonates and children. The successful candidate will bring clinical expertise, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to student success./ph3Major Responsibilities:/h3ulliDeliver engaging, skills-based instruction in a lab setting/liliCo-instruct with another experienced RT educator/liliGuide students in neonatal/pediatric assessment, procedures, and equipment use/liliProvide individualized coaching, evaluation, and feedback/liliMaintain lab safety, organization, and equipment readiness/liliCollaborate with program faculty and leadership to support student learning/li/ulh3Why Ivy Tech?/h3ulliFlexible schedule: Teach only 2 days per week in a supportive team-teaching model/liliProfessional development: Access to faculty resources and educator training/liliMission-driven environment focused on community, equity, and student success/li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications:/h3ulliRegistered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential/liliCurrent Indiana OR Kentucky Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license/liliMinimum of four (4) years of clinical experience in respiratory care/liliStrong communication skills and commitment to inclusive, student-focused instruction/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications (not required):/h3ulliExperience in neonatal and/or pediatric respiratory care (strongly preferred)/liliPrevious teaching, precepting, or clinical instruction experience/liliCertifications such as NPS, PALS, or NRP/liliBachelors or higher degree in a health-related field/li/ulpThis is an adjunct faculty position.
