TurboTax Remote Support Representative (Paid Training)

Work from home with TurboTax Product Expert. A $405 certification bonus is available for certified Product Experts. Compensation: $24 per hour. Schedule: Flexible hours between 8 am and 12 am EST, Monday through Sunday. Minimum 25 hours per week required. Responsibilities Answer customer questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software, including downloading, logging in, navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions. Provide assistance for account‑related issues and guide customers through the use of TurboTax features. Work with a Subject Matter Expert and Marketplace Performance Specialist for live call support. Required Experience & Skills Strong communication skills and ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically. Enthusiastic learner eager to support customers; no specific accounting background required. Capacity to understand and empathize with customer needs while driving innovation and service quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
