We are passionate about leveraging the full potential of the ServiceNow platform to modernize business operations and integrate cutting-edge technologies for our global clients.The role - MUST BE A US CITIZENWe are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to align business needs with innovative ServiceNow capabilities. You will architect and implement key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, and CMDB, as well as guide best practices in domain separation, integrations, and performance optimization. As a technical leader, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into solution architectures, and support a wide range of projects with hands-on development. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges and driving enterprise transformation through ServiceNow.What you'll bring5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Solution ArchitectExpertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, CMDB, etc.)Strong hands-on experience with scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide, REST, and SOAPAbility to design and lead integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systemsExperience with domain separation, flow designer, and platform securityDeep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and performance tuningServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer or System Administrator preferredStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to interface with stakeholdersAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesA passion for innovation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow ecosystemAbout usWe're a global team of innovators.
