Senior Recruiter

iStaffing inc is hiring a Senior Recruiter in Hawthorne, CA to support end-to-end hiring for multiple roles. This onsite position focuses on finding, engaging, and moving candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining accurate hiring data across recruiting platforms and HR systems. You will coordinate with hiring managers to shape job requirements, develop job descriptions, and run structured processes that help deliver a positive candidate experience. The role also includes campus recruitment and HR sourcing techniques such as cold calling and networking. What you will do Manage full-cycle recruitment , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Use recruiting and HR tools to maintain candidate pipelines , including iCIMS and HRIS systems. Participate in campus recruitment activities to attract fresh talent. Apply HR sourcing strategies to identify candidates through cold calling and networking . Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and help create job descriptions. Track candidate interactions and recruitment performance using systems such as Kronos and Paychex . Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to support a positive hiring experience. Support talent management strategies aimed at retaining top performers. Complete other tasks as assigned . What you bring Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices . Experience with HRIS systems for tracking candidate information and recruitment metrics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively. Ability to perform cold calling as part of sourcing efforts. Familiarity with talent management processes and best practices. 1-2 years of staffing required (as listed), including 2 years full cycle recruiting and 1 year staffing. Bilingual Spanish required . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
