Im a proud Air Force veteran who has spent more than two decades in service and operations, and today Im honored to serve my local community as a State Farm Agent here in Louisville, CO. Giving back is incredibly important to meIm actively involved with the Louisville Chamber of Commerce and previously served as President of Coal Creek Meals on Wheels. When Im not working with customers, youll usually find me enjoying Colorados incredible outdoors with my family.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. • Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
