Remote Population Health RN - Care Coordination & Outreach

Galileo, located in Durham, NC, is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse for a remote, full-time position focused on telephonic outreach to underserved patients. You'll engage with patients to assess clinical symptoms and facilitate preventive health education. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in case management or primary care and must possess an active RN license. Compensation is $46/hr for regular hours, with additional premium pay available.
