Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our orthopedic outpatient clinic, you will work onsite in a collaborative rehabilitation center, engaging closely with a small, dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions to establish effective treatment strategies and set achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods for managing orthopedic injuries.
• Administer hands-on therapy sessions that may include joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, and tailored exercise regimens.
• Maintain a patient-centric approach by handling one patient at a time, ensuring focused attention and personalized care without the involvement of techs or aides.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient recovery outcomes through interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Engage in ongoing documentation that meets healthcare standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping for all patient interactions and treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to treat a diverse range of patients, including post-operative individuals, athletes seeking to enhance their performance, and active adults returning from injury. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.
• Strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation practices, with proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective patient engagement and education.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with electronic health record systems to facilitate accurate documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
