Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg to join a dedicated team in Utica, NY. This is a travel assignment focusing on stroke stepdown patients in a dynamic and demanding healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Care for patients with common diagnoses such as stroke, COPD, CHF, and pneumonia
• Utilize specialty equipment including IV pumps and feeding tubes
• Float to different units as required
• Manage adult patient demographics in a 64-bed unit

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active RN License in NY and all active licenses verified through NURSYS
• Current AHA BLS and NIHSS certifications
• 2+ years of Med Surg experience with stroke stepdown experience
• Travel experience required
• EPIC EMR experience
