About the Position

Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare system, is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (OT) to join a dedicated rehabilitation team in Miami, FL. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by delivering specialized therapy to patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As part of a dynamic healthcare team, you will evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy treatments designed to help patients recover function and achieve greater independence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy

• Active Florida OT license

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Hand Therapist (required)

• BLS certification (American Heart Association)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to coordinate, delegate, and supervise supportive staff
