*Overview*

* We are seeking an experienced IAM Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide rollout of a centralized Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform (Ping Identity).
* This role will oversee multiple Agile workstreams, drive strategic roadmap execution, and partner closely with cyber security leadership and business stakeholders.
* This is a highly visible, customer-impacting initiative focused on strengthening security, protecting sensitive data, and reducing organizational risk.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage a large-scale IAM program spanning multiple sprint teams and workstreams
* Partner with product owners and cybersecurity leadership to define and execute the IAM roadmap
* Oversee enterprise-wide rollout and adoption of the centralized IAM platform
* Provide consolidated status reporting and program governance across all workstreams
* Present updates and strategic insights to executive leadership and steering committees
* Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across the organization
*Required Qualifications*
* Strong program/project management experience, leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
* Deep experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), ideally with platforms such as Ping Identity, Okta, or SailPoint
* Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide adoption
* Experience working within financial services (bank, credit union, or similar regulated environment)
* Strong understanding of security, compliance, and risk mitigation practices

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
