As part of our mission-driven team, you’ll trade basic customer service for a rewarding role helping individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities live full, empowered, and independent lives.

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour with plenty of overtime opportunities .
Premium Shift Differential: Earn an extra $1.50 more per hour for BG location
Get Paid to Sleep: $13 per hour for Sleep-shifts available for select locations and hours!
Locations: Bowling Green, Ohio
Available Schedules: Full and Part-Time - 4 Weekdays & Every Other Weekend

Responsibilities include assisting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities live their best lives:

• Provide respectful, person-centered support in daily living tasks
• Assist with personal care: ambulation, bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Engage individuals in social, recreational, and community activities
• Prepare meals, cleaning, laundry, and household tasks
• Transport individuals safely to appointments or social outings
• Encourage personal growth and achievement of goals
• Accurately document activities, incidents, and client progress
• Communicate professionally with team members, families, and clients

• Participate in required paid training and team meetings

Qualifications you need to thrive in this role if you are:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable Transportation - Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) and auto insurance

• Ability to pass BCI/FBI background checks and required screenings
