Who This Role Is For

• An engineer with a Bachelors degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Geological Engineering.
• A professional with experience in aggregate or mining fields, including MSHA regulated facilities.
• Someone proficient in site planning tools like AutoCAD, Carlson Mining, Carlson GPS, or Talpac.
• A leader experienced in developing teams and managing operational and capital projects.
• An individual skilled in mine plan establishment, drone-based surveying, and aggregate plant optimization.

What Youll Do

• Assist in developing and executing sustainability strategies for operations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive mine plans for quarry operations.
• Manage capital projects from budgeting and proposal to execution and oversight for quarry and asphalt.
• Provide onsite project management oversight during capital project field execution.
• Lead physical inventory evaluations utilizing drone technology across operations.
• Evaluate reserves and coordinate all necessary permitting activities.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Geological Engineering.
• 1+ year of experience in the aggregate or mining field.
• 1+ year of experience working in MSHA regulated facilities.
• 1+ year of experience utilizing AutoCAD, Carlson Mining, Carlson GPS, or Talpac for site planning.
• 1+ year of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• 1+ year of experience with blast design, analysis, and quality control.
• 1+ year of experience with aggregate equipment operation and maintenance.
• 6+ months of experience establishing, developing, and monitoring mine plans.
• 6+ months of experience managing operational and capital projects in mining, asphalt, or construction.
• 6+ months of experience utilizing drone-based surveying platforms.
• 6+ months of experience designing and optimizing aggregate plants with AggFlow.
