Location: Tualatin Type of Placement: Evaluation to Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Pay: $22-$24/hr Position Summary
This role performs a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will support the production of precast concrete products by ensuring quality, cleanliness, and safe work practices. This is a hands-on, physical position requiring reliability and a strong work ethic.

Essential Responsibilities
- Clean and finish concrete products
- Install frames and doors using basic hand tools (hammer, wrench, screwdriver)
- Perform facility maintenance and general housekeeping
- Support production team with additional tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Good attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the day
- Frequent walking/standing (6+ hours/day)
- Industrial plant environment
