Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions from 11 PM to 7 AM. Execute the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accurate financial records. Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and reassure guests. Create daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, to inform management of overnight activities. Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and high service quality during night hours. Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; resolve issues independently. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial. One year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
