Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer professionals in the country. Our team of 9 offices and 100 full-time staff provides a comprehensive range of soccer services and products. Academy Coach Role Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to various age groups, teams, and players while following a set Challenger curriculum. Key responsibilities include: Coaching daily/weekly sessions for players aged 2-16 years Maintaining logbooks to track hours and sessions Using Challenger software to provide online session plans Communicating with parents and players within our registration programs Following and adapting schedules as needed due to weather or other factors Compensation $20-$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Location Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1-hour radius of your home. Times Sessions are scheduled in the evenings from Monday to Friday and during the day on weekends.
