Clinical Pharmacist | Optimize Drug Therapy & Outcomes

Direct Jobs is seeking a licensed clinical pharmacist in Wilmington, Delaware. The position involves analyzing drug-related medical problems and ensuring optimal drug therapy. Responsibilities include patient counseling, monitoring drug efficacy, and participating in patient care rounds.
