Classic Car Restoration Technician

Imagine starting your morning in the Smokey Point area at one of the Pacific Northwest's premier custom and restoration shops. You pull a classic into the bay, map out the day's plan for a frame-up build, confer with metal fab and upholstery pros, and by late afternoon you're buttoning up flawless wiring on a custom chassis—every detail aimed at show-quality results.

This is a full-time, permanent role with interviews happening now.

Quick Facts

• Compensation: $25–$40 per hour DOE
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Smokey Point area, PNW

What You'll Work On

• Complete mechanical and auto body tasks for classic cars and custom builds.
• Execute frame-up restorations, engine swaps, wiring and electrical, chassis work, and full mechanical services.
• Partner closely with metal fabrication, body, paint, and upholstery experts.
• Deliver consistent, show-ready craftsmanship on every project.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional mechanic experience specifically in custom, hot rod, and/or restoration work.
• Deep knowledge of classic car systems and end-to-end custom build processes.
• Your own professional tool set.
• Ability to excel independently and collaborate within a high-performing team.
• Passion for building best-in-class classic and custom vehicles.
• Must be fully experienced—there is no training program for this role.
