Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early learners during a maternity leave coverage this school year. This position runs from November 16 through January 28, with work hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You'll collaborate alongside educators to provide exceptional speech and language services to early childhood students in a supportive school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) for Illinois
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Experience working with early childhood populations ideal
• Skilled in assessment, direct therapy, and developing IEPs
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Your Role:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to early learners
• Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor student-centered IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Complete timely records and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide consultative support to staff and families as needed
