Center Manager
Satellite Dialysis
As a Center Manager at Satellite Healthcare, you will lead daily operations of a kidney dialysis center to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-first care. You will oversee clinical and administrative teams, scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of compassion, integrity, and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with nephrologists and health systems, you will optimize patient outcomes, support in-center and home dialysis programs, and drive performance metrics. You will mentor staff, manage quality initiatives, and engage with patients and families to improve the experience for those living with chronic kidney disease.
