We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist and Dental Assitant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental terminology, ensuring smooth operations within our dental clinic.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Schedule appointments using Dentrix
- Handle phone systems to answer inquiries and schedule appointments
- Assist with patient service needs, providing information and guidance
- Ensure the dental office is organized and presentable
Dental Assistant MUST :
- Be able to take Digital X-Rays
- Take Impressions
- Make Temps
Skills
- Experience with Dentrix
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and staff effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a dental office of at least 1 year
- WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY
- LATE HOURS ARE MANDATORY
