Licensed Vocational Nurse - Home Care

Licensed Vocational NurseUnder the direction and supervision of the Home Care Manager, the Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct nursing services to participants.Duties/Responsibilities:Provides skilled nursing care to all participants including but not limited to administration and monitoring medications, checking vital signs and monitoring participant's changes.Supervises, trains, and monitors geriatric aides. Teaches participants and family members regarding participant needs at home.Communicates effectively with all team members, participants, and families.
