Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer

What you will be doing: Building agentic systems in coding and research domains internally Architecting systems that analyze inference workload dynamics of leading agentic harnesses under realistic conditions Collaborating with teams that lead evaluation systems for software and hardware to improve eval quality What we need to see: Strong experience with building AI agents Familiarity with how to evaluate performance of AI agents Experience using coding agents like Codex and Claude Code MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience), with 5 years of relevant software development experience. Huge plus for recent experience to be in AI inferencing or Agents. Ways to stand out from the crowd: 2+ years experience with building modern agentic systems or AI-backed systems. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
