Job Description

Impact Auto Works LLC is a full automotive mechanical and collision center serving a large customer base. We are looking for a few Automotive Technician/Mechanic C - level to maintain and repair a diverse fleet of vehicles, including hybrids, electric, and gasoline-powered vans, trucks and cars.

If you have Rivian experience that would be a BIG PLUS, but we will also train individuals as well as send you to various ILT training.

Based in a fleet maintenance facility, you would need to ensure safe and efficient operation through diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Regular customer communication is also required to address concerns effectively.

We have a unique rapid delivery service model, which operates

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle diagnostics using employer-provided specialized tools
Repair and maintain engines and brake systems
Conduct preventive maintenance to extend vehicle longevity
Replace parts as necessary to ensure optimal performance
Carry out safety inspections on all vehicle types
Communicate regularly with customers regarding vehicle status and repairs

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in automotive repair
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of brake systems and diagnostic tools
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail in all aspects of work
