Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Family Practice

Location: 596 Pennsylvania Avenue, Brooklyn, NY (East New York)

Our growing family practice in East New York, Brooklyn is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or FNP OR Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team with pediatric and family practice experience. We are a community-focused practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, sick visits, and preventive care

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions

Perform physical examinations, assessments, and routine pediatric screenings

Administer and manage immunizations according to guidelines

Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and disease prevention

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR

Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

Licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State

Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric training are welcome to apply)

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Compassionate approach to caring for children and families

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
