Job Title: New Product Introduction Project / Product Manager

Location: Libertyville, IL

Key Responsibilities:

Lead NPI projects from development through commercialization.
Manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
Drive project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Support product transfer, process development, and manufacturing scale-up.
Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements.
Provide project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience in medical device manufacturing.
Strong NPI, product lifecycle, and manufacturing knowledge.
Experience in FDA/GMP-regulated environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
