Job PostingAutomotive Lube & Tire Technician Karl Malone Chevrolet Toyota El Dorado Team Karl Malone is seeking a Lube and Tire Technician. As a member of our team, you will be instrumental in helping our customers keep their vehicles in top working order. You will perform oil changes, filter changes, fluid exchanges, tire rotations, and more. This is a great position to get started in the automotive industry and increase your technical abilities. This role has added benefits such as spiffs and bonuses that can be accrued every day and cashed in on a bi-weekly basis and, as always with Team Karl Malone, there are options for growth.Responsibilities:Check oil levels and communicate with teammatesInspect tire conditions, inflate, and rotate as necessaryInspect and refill fluid levels as necessaryComplete full vehicle inspectionInstall new oil filters, and when necessary oil drain plugsClean and lubricate fittings as neededGreet customers in a friendly and professional mannerListen attentively to help identify, and confirm customer concerns/needsPresent a resolution to any customer's concernRequirements:Valid driver's license free from major infractionsPosition requires continual standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the entire shiftAttention to detail and the ability to see tasks throughStrong skills in teamwork and communicationBe prompt and courteousBasic math, computer, and typing skills for entering repair order informationEffective self-management of timeBenefits:At Team Karl Malone, everyone is essential, customers and employees.
