Schedule 36 or 48 hours per week, Day/Eve/Night shifts, including 8- and 12-hour shifts, holidays and weekends per unit policy. Job Description Join our interdisciplinary team in providing exceptional care in Pediatric and Adult Acute Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine. We care for a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from Stroke, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Trauma, Orthopedic issues, Neuro conditions, Oncology, Solid Organ Transplant, Heart Failure, and other medically complex situations. In this role, you will be trained to provide both clinical and emotional support to patients and their families as they work towards regaining independence. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement patient care plans. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Two (2) years of Med Surg experience required. New York State RN license required.
