Position: Part-Time Occupational Therapist - COTA

Schedule: Flexible

Position Overview: As a part-time Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive evaluations, treatment, supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), and updating care plans. Your expertise will help our clients achieve their therapeutic goals and enhance their daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

· Provide treatment for pediatric patients and education for their parents.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.

· Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

· Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in supervision and mentorship is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

We opened in 2002, and currently have a team of three OTs, one COT/A, one SLP, and one SLP/A. most of the children we see have autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, trauma history, or learning differences. Our clinic is located in the Spring Ridge area of Frederick with plenty of parking right outside our door and easy access to I-70, 270, and US-15.
