What You Will Do

• Responsible for the administration of and assist employees in completing insurance, unemployment, workers' compensation and other personnel forms.

• Maintain records on sick leave, vacation, and other absences.

• Handle or refer personnel related inquiries and checks references.

• Assist in compiling human resource related statistics for management.

• May handle paper flow for periodic reviews.

• Assist in maintaining employee files.

• Perform other duties as requested.

What You Bring To Freeport

• One (1) year of clerical experience in administrative, office support or human resource work.?

• Solid computer skills in office word processing, email, spreadsheet and presentation applications

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.

• Proficient in database management tools.

• Communicate in professional manner.

What We Offer You

The estimated pay range for this role is currently? $21.00 - $29.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
