Whitney Oaks Care Center is now hiring Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNAs) to join our growing team in Carmichael! If you're a compassionate CNA who enjoys helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence, this is a great opportunity to take your skills to the next level.

What You'll Do:

Carry out restorative nursing programs as assigned
Assist residents with walking, transfers, range of motion, and strengthening exercises
Encourage independence and active participation
Accurately document resident progress
Communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

What We're Looking For:

Active California CNA certification (required)
RNA experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
